Our clinic successfully completed the RACGP Accreditation process in November 2025 and remains accredited until 2029.
We thank all our patients for their valuable feedback and support during the accreditation process.
Patients are required to book a follow-up appointment with their doctor to discuss test results.
For urgent results, our doctors will contact patients directly to arrange an appointment.
We provide access to professional interpreter services, including TIS National and Auslan interpreters, to support effective communication during consultations.
Please inform reception in advance if an interpreter is required.
Auslan interpreting services may be accessed through NDIS where applicable.
Bulk billing is available for patients who hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card
or Health Care Card, after the initial consultation.
We use secure electronic communication systems such as Healthlink and Argus to share medical information between healthcare providers.
If these systems are unavailable, communication may be sent via secure methods.
Administrative Fees:
Phone consultations are available for existing patients who have visited the clinic within the past 12 months. Consultation fees apply.
Doctors may be contacted via phone. Urgent matters will be handled promptly.
Medications classified as drugs of dependence will not be prescribed over the phone.
A face-to-face consultation is required. These medications will not be prescribed during a patient’s first visit to the clinic.

Our practice acknowledges patients may request access to their medical records. We require you to put this request in writing and our practice will respond within a reasonable time
Our practice will take reasonable steps to correct your personal information where the information is not accurate or up to date. From time to time, we will ask you to verify that your personal information held by our practice is correct and current.
How can you lodge a privacy-related complaint, and how will the complaint be handled at our practice?
We take complaints and concerns regarding privacy seriously. You should express any privacy concerns you may have in writing. We will then attempt to resolve it in accordance with our resolution procedure you may also contact the OAIC.
